Our Incredible 90 program is specifically designed for busy dads and business men that are looking to better themselves despite busy schedules.

You'll learn to prioritize your needs and still have time for yourself, how to train more efficiently & effectively and how to keep the results you have achieved.

Phase 1: Building a solid foundation that will ensure you are set up for a successful outcome. We prioritise looking at your life, mindset, and mostly importantly, your nutrition.

Phase 2 – Implementing the changes needed for you to continue to lose weight, grow muscle, and to continue to be educated.

Phase 3 – Making sure the changes you have made fit into your busy lifestyle without reverting to old patterns to keep the changes and mindset long term.

Our Online Coaching is ideal for individuals that want the greatest return from their training efforts but out of the comfort of their home.

You will receive the tools to achieve the targets you have set for yourself; to a transformation roadmap, a bespoke coaching program, access to your own App, and consistent supervision.

It begins with a Zoom call with your trainer to discuss your full fitness history and your future goals. Together, you will build a roadmap with your lifestyle in account, to visualise your path to success!

All of your workouts will be delivered through an App with a personalised login, and the weekly check-ins with your trainer will help you iron out any issues and make any necessary adjustments to your plan.

No matter what equipment you have available, your coach will accelerate your results with guidance and support. You will receive the tools to achieve the targets you have set for yourself.

Our Powerlifting programme is designed for athletes looking to become stronger than they could ever imagine in the three big lifts.

You will receive the tools to achieve the targets you have set for yourself in the three big lifts: the squat, the bench, and the deadlift.

Joining Victory involves a discovery call with Ronan where you learn what you need for your plan to be successful.

You will be guided through our three-point programming, focusing on nutrition, mindset, and exercise. It takes a combination of all three to achieve goals within the sphere of powerlifting.

Do not fret, however, as together we will build a roadmap and I will coach you to become a bulletproof professional powerlifter.
